We have designed a small complex of 38 apartments (studios and one-bedroom units) in San Diego, California, USA. Currently, the project is in the final stage of review with the city administration to obtain a construction permit, which we expect to receive within the next 1-2 months.
The building is three stories tall with a flat roof. The site is elongated and sloped, so we designed the building with four levels to harmoniously fit it into the terrain. We also reconstructed the existing house to match the style of the complex.
