About the Project
Business Center MENDELEEV
We have developed a project for a small business center in the English style. The building combines the elegance of traditional architecture with modern functional solutions, creating a comfortable workspace.
TEAM
"We developed the building project based on its original data—a single-story structure not embedded in the ground, as it had become over time. Located near the Mendeleevskaya metro station in Moscow, the building required reconstruction. Our goal was to create a modern space while preserving its unique character and enhancing its functionality."

Project
We aimed to ensure adequate lighting while preserving the English style of the business center. The pitched seam roof with an extended gable over the entrance also maintains the building's classic appearance. During the design phase, we included evening lighting to highlight the building's decorative elements.
The initial data
Upon arriving at 20/1 1st Miusskaya Street, we were struck by the building's neglected condition. It was a structure partially embedded in the ground and entirely covered in graffiti, with clear signs of unsafe human activity inside. It was particularly surprising to find such a "structure" with such "contents" in close proximity to educational institutions and residential buildings in the Central Administrative District of Moscow.
