The building on Novoslobodskaya Street
The former transformer booth was reconstructed into a small building, which later became a café. We preserved its volume, maintaining the gabled roof.

Project
During the reconstruction planning, we initially considered adding two floors, but later decided against it, opting to maintain the high ceiling. The extensive glazing allowed us to modernize the building and introduce ample natural light inside.
