About the Project
The building on Prospekt Mira Street
For this building, we developed the architectural section. While maintaining its original volume, we added a circular pediment to the main facade, making it more interesting. Awnings on the windows and entrance door adorned the facade, giving the building a European appearance reminiscent of a small French café. The large windows provided excellent insulation for such a small space. We also designed a landscaping project for the adjacent area. The facade cladding was done with decorative light-colored brick, and the roof remained pitched.

Project
We've developed a reconstruction project for the former transformer booth building. We've created a small structure with a beautiful European-style facade featuring awnings, large windows, and greenery beneath them
The initial data
In May 2015, we received a commission to design a building located at: Moscow, Meshchansky district, Prospekt Mira Street, Building 48, Structure 8. It was a very small building situated in close proximity to Prospekt Mira metro station. The client tasked us with creating a reconstruction project for this building.
