About the Project
The building on Sadovaya-Samotechnaya Street
This building used to be a textile factory constructed before 1917. We have developed new facade solutions in a classical style for this building, highlighting different volumes on the main facade and turning them into assets rather than drawbacks, as they were previously perceived.

Project
For this building, we developed facade solutions with the main task of preserving its volumes entirely. We organized the windows and added decorative elements to the facade, such as molding, rustic masonry, framing of openings, wide friezes, and pilasters at the main entrance. Additionally, we designed the building's evening lighting scheme from the outset.
The initial data
The former textile factory building was in a very neglected condition, both externally and internally. It required complete reconstruction.
