About the Project
The building on Trubnaya Street

We developed a project for the facade reconstruction of a building on Trubnaya Street in the center of Moscow. One of the client's requirements was to clad the building with decorative clinker tiles, adding elegance and a European flair. Our design harmoniously combines these elements while preserving the historical atmosphere of the street. Additionally, we added decorative railings to the large windows on the facades. This was intentionally done to allow for additional greening of the facade during the summer months.

TEAM
"With heartfelt gratitude, we thank our clients for entrusting us with this project. Working on commercial buildings, especially in such prestigious locations, requires special attention and responsibility. We take pride in the opportunity to contribute to the transformation of this area and the creation of an attractive and functional space for businesses and the community."

Project
During the design of the building on Trubnaya Street, we preserved its dimensions and structure. We organized the windows, slightly enlarging the openings to allow more light. Decorative frames were added around the windows and corners of the building. The inclusion of awnings, clinker tiles, and a high base has enhanced the attractiveness and decorative appeal of the building.
The initial data
The building is two-story, plastered, and painted in yellow with a contrasting red-brown base. Situated on the front line and at the intersection of two streets, its architectural design makes it completely "passable", not even drawing the attention of passersby with its bright and contrasting appearance.
