About the Project
Apartment 88 m2 in
Apartment Complex Tsarskaya ploshchad

We were delighted to take on this project, knowing the preferences of our longstanding clients. This time, we were designing an apartment for their daughter. Every detail of this apartment reflects our commitment to creating a space that not only aligns with modern trends but also embodies the character and style of its inhabitants. This project is yet another testament to our ability to turn our clients' dreams into reality and create a space where they enjoy spending time.

The main color scheme of the interior is light. The standout details are the doors painted in an exquisite dark green shade. This stylish contrast is harmoniously complemented by brass interior elements, accentuating its elegance and sophistication.

In our project, we incorporated many natural elements. Wooden panels made of American walnut veneer in the bedroom and kitchen-living room areas impart warmth and coziness to the spaces. Additionally, ceramic granite with imitation of natural stone and engineered wood flooring add elegance and style to the interior.
The guest bathroom became another example of harmony in the interior of the entire apartment. We used ceramic granite with imitation of Calacatta marble, which added luxury and elegance to this space. The accent vertical mosaic in the shower area adds originality and individuality to the interior. Built-in furniture painted in the same color as the doors creates unity of style and visually connects the guest bathroom with the rest of the rooms in the apartment.
In the bedroom, we created an atmosphere of coziness and comfort by incorporating numerous wooden elements. Furniture with Softtouch coating adds extra softness to the room and a pleasant tactile experience, enhancing its coziness and comfort. This harmony of natural materials and pleasing textures creates the perfect setting for rest and relaxation in the bedroom.
Our approach to bathroom design aims to create an attractive and functional space. White ceramic granite lends brightness and freshness to the room, while the warm brown color of the built-in furniture adds coziness and natural warmth. The accent decorative 3D tile on the wall with the bathtub becomes a unique focal point. This combination of materials and accents makes the bathroom appealing, simple, yet stylish.
Construction Process Overview
In our photos, you'll be able to track the entire process of project implementation, starting from the initial stage of rough installation and ending with finishing materials. This will allow you to fully appreciate each stage of the work and see how ideas are transformed into reality.
Visualizations
We pay special attention to the quality of interior visualizations during the design process so that the client can fully immerse themselves in the atmosphere of their future home. Our meticulously crafted visualizations allow the client to visually assess every aspect of the interior, from furniture layout to the choice of finishing materials, and make informed decisions that match their taste and preferences.
A Few Drawings from the Project
While working on the project of this apartment, we closely collaborated with the developer, taking into account the main zones (wet and living areas) provided in the new building. The client's task included visually dividing the living room and kitchen area, creating two bedrooms with sufficient storage space for clothing, and incorporating a separate walk-in closet into one of the bedrooms.
In the living room area, we suggested simulating a chimney with a bio-fireplace. We constructed a framed wall clad with 3D gypsum panels to create both aesthetic and functional division of space.
